Western Yilgarn raises fund for nickel projects
Australian miner Western Yilgarn is raising AUD 1.15 million ($750,000) to advance nickel exploration at Ida Holmes Junction and Julimar West in Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that it has secured binding commitments from sophisticated and professional investors of the company to raise the funds via a placement of ordinary shares at an issue price of AUD 0.08 per share.
