Indian crude steel production grows on increasing consumption
Indian crude steel production grew 16.7% on-year to 11.48 million tonnes in September, compared with 9.84mt produced a year earlier, according to Joint Plant Committee (JPC) preliminary data seen by Kallanish.
On-month, production increased marginally, by 0.35%, versus 11.44mt produced in August.
