Mexico's flats production grows in January
Mexican hot and cold rolled coil production began 2024 with an improvement. Output was up month-on-month in January and was higher year-on-year, according to local statistics institute Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (Inegi) data monitored by Kallanish.
Mexico produced 354,669 tonnes of hot rolled coil in January, up 10,429t from December and higher by 13.3% on-year.
