Kardemir fails to shift billet despite price cut
Kardemir published a new price list and opened domestic sales for billet on Thursday, Kallanish notes.
150mm square billet was decreased by $5/tonne to $580/t ex-works, excluding 18% VAT. The change is from the previous list issued on 31 January.
