Severstal seeks HRC price-fixing settlement
Russian steelmaker Severstal has sent a request to Moscow’s Arbitration Court of Appeal to conclude a settlement agreement with national competition authority FAS over its hot rolled coil price-fixing case, according to court documents seen by Kallanish.
Severstal declined to comment when approached by Kallanish on Monday.
